NB When purchasing the Romeo Moon lamp, the product comes with a unique glass lampshade, that makes the glass look almost blue. The glass for the Romeo Moon lamp is a mixed product consisting of recycled Coke bottles, and it is thanks to these bottles that the glass has such a unique hue. The Romeo Moon glass is moulded, which means that there will be air bubbles in the glass. This is an inevitable result of the process that goes into creating this unique and recognisable lampshade. The beautiful glass shades of the Romeo Moon series present grooves of unique glass art that please the eye whether the lamp is on or off. When the lamp is off, you really notice the grooves, the thickness of the glass, and the presence of the shade. Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer.
