Good source of calcium, fiber and protein. Soft and pleasant flavor. They can be consumed whole, ground or preferably soaked in water and subsequently added to liquids or yogurt.Aval: ES-ECO-019 It is recommended to consume raw, soak for a few hours, or ground into flour. A tablespoon is recommended in the morning on an empty stomach and another at night before going to bed. Refunds
