Biográ Bio Golden Flax Seeds are an ally rich in fiber. In addition to helping us control appetite, these seeds are also a natural alternative to eliminate toxins from the body. The nutrients in flaxseeds have a purifying effect and, thanks to their fiber content and essential omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids, help to keep cholesterol and triglyceride levels under control. It is recommended to take a teaspoon two to three times a day along with a large glass of water or mix them with salad. To take them in infusion, we must add about 30 grams of seeds for each liter of water, boil for approximately 5 minutes, let stand for 10 minutes and filter with the help of a strainer. Refunds
