They can be incorporated into any meal without changing its flavor. In soups, salads, yogurts, cereals, you can even make your own recipes, like muffins, cakes or chia pudding. It has 5 times more calcium than milk, 3 times more antioxidants than blueberries, 3 times more iron than spinach, 2 times more fiber than oats, 2 times more protein than any vegetable and 2 times more amount of potassium than the banana. It is recommended to place between two and four tablespoons of seeds in a glass with water, juice or another drink. They are removed with a teaspoon so that they come into contact with the liquid and left for 15 to 30 minutes. The fiber present in chia seed helps create an almost solid gelatin. Refunds
