Preparation based on dry extracts of Arnica (Heterotheca inuloides), this medicinal plant, which has been used for healing purposes since ancient times. Phytotherapy today plays a relevant role and this plant has various ways of being ingested, especially in teas and infusions. Origin : Mexico. Arnica extract relieves muscle discomfort, small bruises and bruises, and is useful for helping muscle and joint recovery after physical exercise. It is recommended to prepare an infusion using a teaspoon of plant for every 200 ml of hot water. Let stand for 3 minutes and then strain and drink when it has cooled down a bit. Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature.
