It has stimulating digestive, analgesic, circulatory and carminative tonic properties. Ideal in case of neuralgia, slow digestion, rheumatism, asthenia, muscle fatigue and cramps. It is recommended to use for intellectual fatigue, combining 9 drops of nutmeg + 6 drops of rosemary cineole, on a basis of 30ml of sweet almond oil. Apply in body massage. Also for vegetable purees. One drop for 4 people Do not use during pregnancy or in children under 6 years.

Refunds
