This lovely Fair Isle pattern dates from the 40s and was originally knitted for the cover photograph in \""\u2026white and two shades of blue on a natural background\"" (quote taken from pattern; and Saxe blue and Royal blue were the blue shades used), I am sure you will agree it sounds divine!. The jumper comes in a long or short sleeve version and has been designed to fit a 34-36 inch bust and a 36-38 inch bust with the instructions for the larger size being on the back cover. This pretty Fair Isle was originally knitted in 'vintage' 3-ply wool, so you may wish to attempt this jumper using modern 4-ply as vintage yarns were heavier than todays wools, but again, check your tension to see if a change of needles is needed! There is NO CHART for the Fair Isle design.

Refunds
