In some situations the tissues require more than usual, making supplementation important. The human body can produce L-glutamine, so under normal circumstances with food and endogenous production would be sufficient, therefore it is considered a non-essential amino acid. It is recommended to take 6 g 1 or 2 times a day. It could contain traces of gluten, milk, egg, soy, sulphites, fish and shellfish. Refunds
