Clean and boil the bottles, teats, lids and other utensils in water (1 MINUTE). Boil water and let it cool down to room temperature. Pour the correct amount of water into a clean bottle. Add the correct amount of level scoops with powder (see feeding table). Store the dry scoop inside the jar. Cover the bottle. First move the bottle between your hands and shake it well until the powder is completely dissolved. Check the temperature on the inside of your wrist. The ideal diet for infants is breast milk. In the event that this is not possible or is insufficient, it is the pediatrician who can best advise on the type of milk for infants to use.
