For the correct preparation of a bottle of Enfamil Premium COMPLETE 1 milk, always refer to the instructions for preparation and use that are included in the package. Wash your hands. Clean and boil the bottles, teats, lids and other utensils in water (1 MINUTE). Boil water and let it cool down to room temperature. Pour the correct amount of water into a clean bottle. Add the correct amount of level scoops with powder (see feeding table). Store the dry scoop inside the jar. Cover the bottle. First move the bottle between your hands and shake it well until the powder is completely dissolved. Check the temperature on the inside of your wrist. The scoop, which measures the weight of powdered milk, is 5g. You have to add 7 level scoops to 230 ml of boiled and properly tempered water. It is very easy to measure 230 ml in a bottle, because they all come with volume indications. To these 230 ml, add 7 level scoops of powder, mix well, and obtain 260 ml of reconstituted formula. For the health of the baby we recommend that you carefully follow the following instructions. Proper hygiene, preparation, dilution, use, and storage are important when preparing formula.
