Fascinating and very well written and Researched book
This fundermental corner stone of two of the worlds great civilisations is wonderfully described and with a scholars detail. The pictoral images add greatly to the context and i feel the author has missed nothing out. A must read for those interested in ancient culture and history.

The book is ex plymouth college of Art and design and has stamps etc within it abnd to the exterior. the book itself is fine the odd mark, small tear to the stuck down inner page. pretty clean overall. an good example.
