'This book offers a comprehensive review of the fluid-induced microseismicity field. It is well written and the figures are all from peer-reviewed publications and printed in great quality. One of its [strengths] is the constant back and forth between theory and real-data examples from hydrocarbon fields and geothermal systems. This book should be recommended with enthusiasm to graduate students and researchers involved in geomechanics, geophysics, geology and petrophysics as well as engineers working in the energy industry.'
